Renovations

This project was a complete rebuild of a bungalow with the addition of a granny flat and an upstairs master bedroom.

Renovation Task

Richard & Liz Hoskin’s 1920’s Birkenhead villa was pretty close to being a dream home, positioned on the uphill side of the road with sweeping views across Auckland’s inner harbour. But the house was missing a couple of things – room for the owner’s growing teenage girls who needed their own space and internal garaging.

New House

This is a large new home set on ten acres. The brief was for a
spacious modern home with a detached pool house and faclities for the
families interests in horse riding.
