They wanted to have a nice retreat away from the rest of the house. A new master bedroom, ensuite and large dressing room were on their wish list. They had been considering going up but needed help to explore the options.

After initial discussions, Beacon Construction were able to provide concept plans and give them a budget for a lovely new large bedroom with an ensuite and dressing room and also included a small study nook with sweeping views over Onehunga and out to the Manukau.

After some small tweaks to get it just right Beacon Construction carried on to build the project.

The client was able to stay in the house during the construction process and it was not long until they had their dream bedroom away from the hustle and bustle of the main house. They were delighted and we were very happy with the good looking well-functioning
